Mt. Kanchenjnga (8586m), the third highest mountain in world, lies on the border of Nepal and India. This region is home to the Limbu people. This trek offers one the opportunity to view Tea and cardamom farming in the lowest altitude. It includes middle mountains and the Yalung glacer of the Mt. Kumbhakarna (Jannu 7710m), might main Mt. Kanchenjanga (8586m), Mt. Kanchenjanga (8476m), Mt. Kanchenjanga south(8476m), Mt. Kiratchuli (Tent peak 7365m), Mt. Nepal peak(6910m) Pathivara Chuli(7125m) and Many other Mountain peaks.
One can not only see panoramic views of Kanchenjanga range but also offers high alpine vegetation and varity of Rhododendron, fir, home lock and oak treeks. This region is also rich in wildlife such as the snow Leopard, clouded Leopard, blue sheep, wild goat, Marmot and Weasel. In this region, you can do both activities trekking and Mountaineering.
Trekking routes in the Kanchejanga region:
1) Taplejung - Sakathon - Kyapra - Ghunsa-Khambchen-Lhonk to Pang Pema
2) Lhonak - Khambachen - Gunsa - Mirginal - Tserem - Ramje to Yalung Glacier, and
3)Tserem - Torontan - Chitre - Yamphudin - Mamanke - Khesewa Bhanjyang-Tambawa to Taplejung.

1) Permits are only issued to groups (Minimum 2 person, Maximum is no limit)
